Shipping policy

We’re delighted you’ve chosen Train Limitless for your home gym, we take the utmost care and attention to all Train Limitless products and that includes shipping. If you don’t find the answers to your questions below get in touch with us and we’ll be more than happy to help.

All orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order and another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer standard delivery within UK mainland for all orders. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 working days but at peak times can be slightly longer depending on carrier network. Our shipping rates are below:

UK Mainland – Home Delivery excluding installation – £85 + VAT

UK Mainland – Delivery + Installation/ Set Up & Waste Removal – £200 + VAT

International Shipping

International shipping is available on request. To ship internationally please get in touch with us via hello@wetrainlimitless.com

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wetrainlimitless.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@wetrainlimitless.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
