How long will my Free Trainer take to arrive?
Delivery of your new home gym to mainland England will take between 5-7 business days. (to be confirmed)
Orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day. Orders after this will be processed on the next working day.

Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing an order with us – to do so please write to us via hello@wetrainlimitless.com and we will endeavour to reply back as soon as possible. All emails are carefully monitored. If you wish to cancel your order after this time has elapsed you may do so but your refund will be limited to 50% of your total purchase price, excluding delivery which will be refunded in full.
We do not accept cancellations after your product has been shipped.
Once your order is cancelled, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and issued to your original payment method.
My Free Trainer is damaged, what do I do?
Quality is our number one priority and we carefully inspect all of our products before they are delivered to you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We ask that you provide any photo/ video evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
How do I return my Free Trainer?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us first at hello@wetrainlimitless.com. Once your return has been accepted, we will send you instructions one where to return your Free Trainer. Please note, all delivery costs incurred for returning your Free Trainer are at your own expense.
We will not accept any items returned without contacting us first
When can I expect my refund?
Once you have returned your Free Trainer, we will review and inspect the home gym equipment and notify you as to whether refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember it may take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
If your refund is denied, we will be in contact to discuss the next steps.

How long does the Free Trainer take to set up?
The Limitless Free Trainer takes roughly 15mins to be set up and can be done alone.
What tools do I need to build my Free Trainer?
Installation of your Free Trainer is included in the delivery charge, however if you need to dismantle/rebuild your Free Trainer we advise using an electric socket wrench attachment or a manual ratchet wrench would work equally well.
How much space do I need?
The Limitless Free Trainer has 55% less footprint than a peloton bike when not in use, leaving your room spacious and clutter free. In use and stored away dimensions can be found below:
Stored away dimensions; 200cm H x 95cm W x 75cm L
In use dimensions; 150cm H x 95cm W x 210cm L
Are the weighted plates included?
Your complete home gym comes with 30kg plates however can withstand a lifting weight of 50kg on each arm.
